Escaria Ten a five-year-old gelding by Maresca Sorrento won his point-to-point in good style for Liam Lennon before moving to the Gordon Elliott yard. He showed up well in his first start in a bumper for the yard when placed 2nd at Tipperary and on 6 October before running a race full of promise on his hurdles debut when placed 3rd at Fairyhouse on 12 November in the Maiden Hurdle on the card.
