- Vendor's Notes: Farne is only for sale to dissolve a partnership. Her trainer Noel Williams is very keen to keep the mare in the yard if possible. She has been a sound mare to train. She was ready to run in the Challenger Series Mares Final at Haydock on Saturday 16th April but was not declared due to the quickening ground. Farne is a beautiful scopey mare measuring 16.3hh, is unexposed over fences and is thought to have the ability to win a black type mares’ chase. She is not a brilliant traveller in the box on the way to the races and has in the past suffered from stomach ulcers, however these are readily managed. She has undergone a soft palate cauterisation and has run very well since. Farne is sold with a full vetting including tendon scans, plus a breeding certificate.
