Vendor's Notes: Comeoutofthefog is a Feel Like Dancing gelding with a progressive profile, as he has improved with each of his four starts to date. Having led the field to the final fence on his penultimate start at Comea, only to be denied on the run-in, he more than made amends on his latest outing in Borris House earlier this month. Justifying his favourite’s tag, he looked like he would have a battle on his hands when challenged by a twice previously placed rival along the back straight. However, he brushed aside that rival with eye-catching ease racing towards the home straight. From there, his advantage just grew larger, to the extent that he crossed the line with a winning margin of 16 lengths, with 56 lengths back to the third. It is also worth noting that his trainer, Shark Hanlon, was also successful in this particular contest in 2024 with Getaway King, who is now a three-time winner for Fergal O’Brien.
