A tough and consistent son of Apsis who yet again produced an admirable performance on Sunday at Boulta. Having been unlucky early in his career including being brought down on his second start he has shown courage to return such solid efforts each and every time since. He was only beaten four lengths at Ballingarry towards the end of last season before returning this term to finish a creditable fourth behind the well regarded Glenglass in a bumper with O’Moore Park finishing second on that occasion and since selling for 240,000. Since then this fellow has raced twice and on each occasion in large competitive fields. He was first a creditable fourth at Ballindenisk before turning out just eight days later where he was second to the talented Grandero Bello at Boulta. He has shown great talent, soundness and enthusiasm in his career to date and this will ensure that he provides new connections with a lot of entertainment and success in the coming years.
