This son of Great Pretender finished a fair fourth on debut last Spring before returning to action in early October and finishing a fine second at Toomebridge. He is out of a dual winning mare and is a brother to the talented six times winner Grand Sancy pointing to a bright future for him going forward. In a race with little early pace he needed plenty of speed to compete and this suggests he could be very effective over shorter trips also.
