This son of Flemensfirth is out of a four times winning mare so it was no surprise to see him run with such promise on debut at Lisronagh. In a hotly contested maiden full credit must go to the front pair who drew an impressive twenty lengths clear of their rivals in the closing stages. The winner is a Shantou youngster out of a Milan mare suggesting this maiden was of the very highest calibre. This fellow held the advantage from three out and although headed after two out he must be commended for battling back all the way to the line and putting so much effort into his debut run suggesting he will provide plenty of entertainment going forward.
