Self Inflicted Sid a scopey 3yo son of Sixties Icon is a progressive young horse. The Ralph Beckett youngster improved on his debut run at Ascot in a 1m 4f novice to take the honours in a 1m 6f novice stakes at Nottingham on 26th October. He battled on all the way to the line and put in a lovely staying performance on ground officially described as ‘soft’. He clearly stays very well and is a brother to a hurdles winner. He rates a lovely dual purpose prospect for new connections.
