Twice placed youngster who has shown nice progression from his first to second outing. He seemed to have landed in the deep end in a top notch Loughrea maiden but came out of it with his head held high having finished a fair third before going to Kinsale and meeting Rath Gaul Boy. He was the only runner in the field who broke from the pack to tackle the winner and had to chase him alone as the others could not live with the injection of pace. It is notable that his effort to reel in the leader saw him forge an eighteen length advantage back to the third placed runner confirming this to be a very strong effort from this son of Ocovango.
