This son of Blue Bresil really caught the eye on debut at Curraghmore before coming down in the closing stages. He then went to Tattersalls on his second outing just last Saturday and ran in one of the most hotly contested maidens of the season so far. He held the advantage two out and was there to be shot at going to the last. The highly regarded An Mhi from the Gordon Elliott yard and Master Chewy couldn’t quite get on terms with this talented youngster and only the exciting Present Soldier managed to head him in the closing stages by less than a length. He is out of a dual winning mare and looks set to go all the way to the top on the strength of these two runs.
