The progressive Enemenemynemo gelding entered the four-year-old geldings’ maiden at Dromahane last week with two efforts at Bartlemy and Oldcastle respectively behind him. The son of Lakeshore Road looked to thrive on the soft ground and was prominent throughout the race where he made good headway before the second last. The four-year-old bay touched down in front over the last however, a notable error at this final obstacle severely compromised his chances but he gamely stuck to his task to emerge from the pack and finish second in a 13-runner contest. His latest effort bodes well for the future and this improvement can be expected to continue.
