Mr Josiey Wales heads to the sales following his success at Castletown-Geoghegan in a competitive four-year-old maiden on what was his second start between the flags. The Colin Bowe-trained winner was patiently ridden in mid-division of the 12-runner field for much of the race before making good headway to lead after the second last fence where he then held a comfortable advantage over his rivals on the run-in to win by an impressive three lengths. The son of Milan is out of a half-sister to Belapour a six-time winning mare and highlighted himself as an exciting youngster that is bred to develop into a smart sort on the track and could have a lot to offer to new connections.
