This good-looking son of Flemensfirth has shaped very promisingly on his two starts to date. Having made a nice introduction at Durrow last Spring, Colin Bowe’s gelding made his season reappearance at Moira, where finished an ever-closing second in a notable sign of progression. Racing prominently for much of the contest, Barry O’Neill went in pursuit of the long-time leader before the penultimate obstacle and was closing on him all the way to the line, getting within a length of the winner, Buck’s Bin’s. Out of a point-to-point winning dam, the four-year-old jumped noticeably well in the closing stages and is progressing.
