House Island made a promising start to his career on the racecourse when placed 2nd in the NH Flat Race at Fontwell on 9th November. The son of Casamento stayed on all the way to the line in taking fashion after getting slightly outpaced 2f out and looks sure to improve plenty for this initial outing. Granted normal improvement he should go very close in a similar contest next time out before furthering his career over obstacles.
