This was a realy eyecatcher in a recent Stradbally maiden where he came from a long way off the pace to mount a strong challenge in the closing stages. He was all of about seventh jumping three out and once asked for effort jumping the second last he found a notable injection of pace to look a possible winner before the last. Ultimately the ground he made up could not get him to the head of affairs but he certainly did enough to confirm that he will be very hard to beat next time wherever he turns up. He stayed well to the line but it was the speed he showed which will surely have buyers coming to his door. His dam won a bumper and was placed four times also from just seven starts which is a further positive.
