A fine chasing type who hails from the same family as Grand National winner Montys Pass and showed admirable progression from a most promising debut to score last weekend at Ballingarry. Plenty held chances as this son of Sageburg began to increase the tempo four out and one by one the opposing riders put out distress signals as the cruising speed of this winner punished his rivals. Idling a little in front he duly showed another turn of foot when asked before the turn in and ultimately won this race with quite an amount in hand. He looks a very smart sort with a big future over fences and his scope was seen to good effect with a notable jump two out which really put pressure on his rivals.
