Liskeveen shaped with huge promise on his debut in a very very hot bumper at Navan. A brother to 3 track winners by the sire on fire Crystal Ocean he travelled nicely through the race and only gave best late on to two Gigginstown runners trained by Gordon Elliott and Willie Mullins. The winner is now ante post favourite for the Champion Bumper at Cheltenham. Liskeveen stuck to his task well and is a sure fire winner in waiting and has all the attributes to progress over obstacles when the time comes.
