Too The future was a winner of her five-year-old mares’ maiden at Ballycrystal in January on what was her fourth start between the flags. The daughter of Mahler, who had failed to finish on her opening three efforts, had shown promise before falling at Toomebridge on her seasonal debut. The five-year-old attempted to keep tabs on the pace-setter in fourth before steadily getting closer and being delivered early in the home straight. The bay mare showed a fine attitude to get to the front and ultimately came home two lengths clear of her rivals. The Michael Murphy-trained mare is out of a half-sister to five-time winning mare Kates Benefit and given the attributes she has shown here, she should have little difficulty making her mark under rules.
