An exceptionally game effort by this son of Jet Away who scored on debut and in doing so toppled the well regarded favourite Whinney Hill. On the climb to the final fence he had a little work to do but once the runners faced the final fence he showed what he is made of and battled hard to get on terms at the last. He picked up again after the last and his head carriage showed the attitude of a real battler who will dig deep for connections throughout his career undoubtedly. He is a brother to a winner in Brown Bear and is from the family of Straw Bear and looks sure to provide endless entertainment to new connections.
