A highly impressive debut at Knockanard saw Well Achieved land a competitive seven-runner four-year-old maiden in taking fashion. The son of Milan travelled strongly at the head of affairs and impressed with his fluent jumping throughout, asserting from five out and finding enough close home to hold on by a neck. He is out of a mare who is a half-sister to the high-class Empire Of Dirt, a six-time winner including the Brown Advisory Handicap Chase and Troytown Chase. This was a striking introduction, and he looks a smart, tough type who will be capable of progressing to the track.
