A top drawer effort from this son of Doyen in what was regarded and appeared to be a top level maiden at Tallow. With many well thought of five-year-olds in this race there was always going to be a strong pace and this was evident in the fast time which was clocked. When the race really began to heat up this fellow and the runner up drew over ten lengths clear of the third as they battled all the way to the line. This fellow battled strongly to win by a half a length and was always holding the determined challenge of the runner up. He is out of a winning mare and a brother to dual winner. With the page tracking back to the great hurdlers Morley Street and Granville Again there is every reason to be optimistic about a bright future.
