A very taking performance front his debutante who quickened up smartly from the last to win. Always well positioned close to the pace on the inner he appeared to be travelling comfortably at all stages during this race. He really caught the eye between three and two out as he eased to the front and seemed to idle to the last fence. Once asked for effort after the last his response was impressive as he soon quickened away to score by a widening four lengths.
