A fine imposing son of Mount Nelson who was also responsible for the Gowran bumper winner the same afternoon. This fellow has enviable scope and duly cruised around Oldtown at his ease before being allowed to go to the front before the home turn. A slight error two out did little to slow his momentum and he found generously all the way to the line in the fashion of a future top performer in the National Hunt sphere. When others toiled he was always travelling best down the hill which is exactly what you like to see from a future star. He has the scope to handle Grade 1 tracks and the potential to suggest he could well be involved in them. He is from the family of some fine chasers such as Cooldine and Brackenheath.
