Walks Like The Man (IRE) B.G.

This is a very highly regarded sort who, on the basis of his homework was sent off favourite on debut at Ballinaboola. He was still holding a share of the lead when the horse alongside him fell and brought him down by colliding with him. He quickly turned out a couple of weeks later and did exactly what it appeared he would do at Ballinaboola when staying on strongly to the line at Oldtown. He was a very tough winner as he was left in front at the last and had to face the climb in testing conditions alone but did so with admirable resolve and looks a tough sort who can win plenty of races.
