Description
Norristown Lady had an impressive start to her career with a taking debut success at Borris House late last month. The daughter of Affinisea raced in the second half of the field for much of the journey in what was a strongly-run maiden, before making her progress along the back straight on the final circuit. She still had a bit of ground to make up on the more experienced leader coming to the final fence, but she stuck her head down on the run-in to strike the front, winning in game fashion. The front pair pulled five lengths clear of the favourite, clocking the quickest time on the card in the process.
