Jimbo Sport is a horse that comes to the sale as a winner in waiting. The No Risk At All gelding made his debut at Portrush last year when chasing home Jurancon, a horse that has since gone on to win a pair of bumpers and a maiden hurdle for David Pipe. Returning this season, he held every chance coming to the final fence, only to get tired on the run-in as he was entitled to. Two maiden winners have already emerged from that race, and Jimbo Sport himself showed the benefit of that effort at Tattersalls last Sunday when finishing second. Travelling best of all into the race, he had a long battle with the more experienced and previously placed winner up the home straight, only going down by three lengths as the pair pulled a notable 17 lengths clear of their rivals.
