A fine youngster who was a decent second on his only outing at Boulta where the winner Mulinas has since sold for 170,000. He arrived into contention before the second last and jumped the fence well but appeared to briefly lose his footing which cost him momentum at a key time in the race. He soon recovered and quickened up smartly to the last and stayed on well to battle for second. He is the type who looks to have the speed to drop right back in trip and was unlucky to run into such a highly regarded and talented type on his debut.
