On a day where Hardline, a son of Arcadio finished a closed second in the Grade 1 John Durkan Chase at Punchestown this daughter of the same sire made all to win the four-year old mares maiden at Tattersalls. Indeed the previous years’ winner Mount Ida was a narrow second in a Listed contest at Punchestown also on Sunday suggesting many positives for this winner. On her debut she elected to make all and her jumping was notably good. A fine chasing stamp she was given a breather on the final circuit and found plenty when her rivals closed in after two out. This was a very taking performance by the winner and she is from the family of Suny Bay suggesting she will be decent staying type in due course.
