This brother to smart chaser The Goffer won his maiden at Castlelands by a smooth six lengths having been a fair third on debut at Ballinaboola. This was a notable success as the third has already impressed in winning a Quakerstown maiden so there is little doubt that this was a top maiden run in early March. A son of the great Yeats he is well related and has form to back up his CV so should be a sought after lot.
