A fine five year old who progressed from debut to second run where he was touched off by the narrowest of margins with the judge identifying a short head between first and second. On debut he was a promising fourth at Punchestown before his Monksgrange outing where he made a brave bid for success. Only Captain Butler who is a well-bred relation of Real Steel out of a multiple winning mare managed to get the better of him on that occasion. Furthermore he had to tackle a horse that had been second on each of his previous two starts and two so with credit. He is a brother to multiple winners and his winning days appear to be just around the corner.
