Top Target a 4yo son of Westerner improved significantly from his debut run when taking the 4yo+ Maiden point at Cothelstone on his second start for Chris Barber. After getting slightly outpaced he showed a great attitude to stay on and take the lead jumping 3 out and stay on to win with authority at the line. It can be argued he still looks a work in progress and there is likely to be loads more to come from this relation to Monger Lane.
