Always close to the pace this son of Spider Flight had any number of challengers on the turn towards the third last. He battled each off before being headed at the last but this allowed him time to pick up again and the response was both impressive and instant. He quickened away with purpose and was extending his stride all the way to the line. He is out of a winning French mare and seems to have the attributes of a track competitor who can enjoy more than his share of success.
