Marton Abbey ran a race full of promise on debut in the Maiden point to point at Hornby Castle for Jacqueline Coward. The five-year-old son of Orientor jumped accurately in the main and stayed on in very taking fashion after the last all the way to the line. He showed a very willing attitude and looks sure to benefit hugely from this initial experience. Hailing from the same hotel who sold Does He Know at the Cheltenham Sales he looks a chaser in the making.
